Terms of Service

Engineering baseline — counsel review required before production launch. These Terms govern access to the API Stackr service platform. Users are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding API credentials, providing accurate account information, and using the service only for lawful purposes. Plans may include recurring fees, usage allowances, rate limits, overage charges, trials, or other plan-specific terms shown before purchase. Subscription changes, cancellation timing, credits, and refunds are governed by the plan and billing terms presented at checkout and by applicable law. API access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, the service, third parties, or infrastructure from abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or material violations. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, evade quotas or security controls, or use the platform to violate another party's rights. Service features, APIs, plugins, limits, and documentation may evolve. Material contractual changes should be versioned and communicated appropriately. Availability commitments apply only where a specific service-level agreement or order form states them. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, warranties, liability limitations, indemnity, governing-law terms, and dispute procedures must be finalized for the operating legal entity and customer jurisdictions before production launch.
