Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation timing, renewal effects, prorations, credits, and refunds must be shown before confirmation and must comply with applicable law and the customer's contracted plan. Unless a production plan states otherwise, cancellation should prevent future renewal while preserving already-paid access through the applicable paid period. Any exceptions, non-refundable usage charges, promotional terms, or discretionary credits must be documented clearly before launch.
